• Designed and developed an internal dev cycle tracking application within the iStar platform to formalize the team's Agile adoption, creating sprint structures, priority assignments, story point tracking, and a kanban-style board with four workflow stages; initiative reduced support ticket resolution time by 40%.
• Serve as sole helpdesk analyst, providing direct support to researchers and oversight officials across the university while maintaining development output on par with the team's top contributors; author end-user documentation and training materials across multiple system areas.
